Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is made or proof of payment is sent.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, or GCash payments.
• For bulk orders, a minimum down payment of 50% may be required before processing.
• Please double-check your order details before confirming to avoid errors.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery schedules depend on location and courier availability.
• Once turned over to the courier, Goodie Basket - 25 Consumer Goods Trading is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
• For same-day delivery requests, please confirm availability before payment.

Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective items, reported within 24 hours upon receipt.
• Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for eligibility.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days after evaluation.
• No return or refund for “change of mind” or buyer’s mistake in ordering.

Reservation and Cancellation

• Reserved items are held for up to 24 hours only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Orders not paid within the time frame will be automatically cancelled.
• Cancellations after payment are not allowed once the item has been packed or shipped.
