Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue.
Replacements
- If an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, we will provide a free replacement of the same product.
- Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain goods cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon delivery. These include:
- Perishable items
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Personal care items
