Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

    Returns

    • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
    • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue.

    Replacements

    • If an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, we will provide a free replacement of the same product.
    • Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For health and safety reasons, certain goods cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon delivery. These include:

    • Opened or partially consumed food products
    • Personal care items
